I love it when my kids are in bed by 8. It seems I always need a break by then! But they enjoy playing outside more; and since my husband is a teacher, they'll enjoy having him home all the time this summer. We're also going to be going to my husband's family cabins in Minnesota this summer. He fondly remembers all the summers he and his brothers spent up there (although they stayed for 6 weeks! -- we're not going to do that!), so he's really looking forward to sharing that with our boys. Well, since my kids are just 3 & 2, we don’t really have much in the “favorite summer activities” category, because it’s mostly what we do all the time!
