After a showdown with Cody this evening, in which I gave him several opportunities to stop arguing with me before taking away the object of his desire, Logan decided to issue a threat of the most dire kind.
“Mom,” he said, looking at me gravely. “If you don’t give Cody another chance, I’m going to love Dad more than you.”
Needless to say, it didn’t work.
What can you say to that? I hope you kept a straight face and remained cool in the face of such adversity.
