This year, I’m really excited to participate in the annual Blog-a-thon. Why? Because I have become so rotten about posting.
It’s funny, I write posts in my head all the time, but I never seem to get around to typing them out. And now that I go to actually post something here, I can’t remember any of the topics I composed in my head.
I have a feeling May is going to be a fun month, filled with guest posts, giveaways, and my thoughts on many different subjects.

One thought on capturing ideas for blog posts – use your smartphone like a notepad to jot them down.
I see you use WordPress, so you can download the software’s mobile app to your phone and then when inspiration strikes, open the app and use the QuickEdit function to create a new post – give it a title, jot whatever ideas you had and save it in Drafts mode. You could write a short post like today’s on your phone. Or save it for the next time you’re sitting at the computer, or working on your blog.
