My daughters have been spending the last few days reading every post on my blog. They have never read it before, but now that they’ve started, they can’t seem to stop.
Rachel’s favorite post so far is The Game Boy Addiction, one of my personal faves as well. She also liked “‘Hot’ — The New ‘Cute’?” and felt so bad for me after reading my sad childhood story in The Spongebob Oaths, she told me how sorry she was that it happened.
It’s fun to hear what they think, to overhear them talking to each other about it, to relive some of the experiences through them.
I’ve been trying to be careful how much I say about them since they hit about 10 or so, but now I’ll really have to be guarded, since they’re reading along.
